ROLLS BRESAOLA, PHILADELPHIA AND ROCKET

Running time: 15 minutes

Ingredients (for 2 persons):
15 slices of Bresaola
90 grams of Philadelphia / grated parmesan
1 bunch arugula / valerian
oil
salt

Preparation:
Lay the slices of Bresaola on a serving plate and spread the philadelphia on each. Add a few leaves of rocket salad / lettuce and a pinch of salt. Finally, roll up each slice cigar.
Before serving, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, raw. Use as a garnish rather ‘rocket / Valerian.
As an alternative to Philadelphia can summarisedversion slices Bresaola with rocket and grana cheese.
