Ingredients for 4 people:
3 egg yolks
150g whipped cream
100g milk
1 cup strong coffee
50g sugar
1 teaspoon flour
Preparation:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture is soft and creamy, add coffee and milk, then flour. Cook the mixture over low heat and, stirring, cook without boiling.
Let cool, then work in the whipped cream and refrigerate.
