INGREDIENTS
• 2 red tomatoes
• Salt
• 6 salad leaves
• 100 gr of ham
• 200 gr of mozzarella rolls
• 1 spoon of extravirgin olive oil
• Oregano
PREPARATION
• Wash the tomatoes and slice them thin. Lay them onto a cutting board, put some salt on them and leave them there for 10 minutes, then pad them with kitchen paper.
• Wash the salad leaves, pad them with kitchen paper and remove the central part, that is too crunchy and thick to roll.
• Remove the fat from the ham.
• Prepare a rectangular sheet of film and lay the mozzarella on it.
• Add the ham. tomatoes and salad.
• Roll the mozzarella, close it tightly into the film and put it into the fridge for 1 hour.
• Remove the film and slice some rolls about 2 cm thick.
• Season with a little oil, a handful of oregano and serve.
