INGREDIENTS:
for 2 people
A dozen shrimp
Type lettuce salad (or to taste)
2 ripe avocados
1 mango
2 sweet onions
1 lime
salt
extra virgin olive oil
PREPARATION:
Wash and dry the salad well with the centrifuge. Arrange on two platters.
Wash and shell the shrimp being careful to remove the black filament inside the shrimp would be more bitter. Sauté pan with oil for a few minutes to preserve the delicate flavor of the crustacean. Cut into thin slices the Avocado, Mango and cipollotto.Posizionate all ingredients to taste the dish.
