wurstel skewer   Ingredients:

– 2 wurstel
– 80 gr of Leerdammer
– 6 olives
– 12 Pachino tomatoes
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– salt and pepper
– 2 tablespoons of ketchup

 

 

Preparation:

– Cut the wurstel in 6 pieces

– Cut the Leerdammer in 12 pieces

– Stone the olives

– Wash tomatoes and cut them

– Skewer all ingredients on a skewer

– Prepare bowls with condiments to serve with the skewers

– Place in a bowl the oil, a pinch of salt and pepper

– Put ketchup in the other bowl and serve
