Ham and asparagus roulades fast and easy italian recipesIngredients

– 250 g of asparagus
– 4 slices of raw ham
– 2 sliced cheese
– pepper

 

 

 

 

Preparation

– Wash the asparagus under running water, remove the white part of the stem, scrape with a knife.
– Bake, steam or boil them in salted water for 18 minutes.
– Pick them carefully, put them on a cutting board and cut off the end of the stem. Then cut in two pieces.
– On a cutting board arrange 4 slices of ham, put on each the slices of cheese and the asparagus.
– Roll up the roulades and place them on a baking pan.
– Sprinkle with grated pepper and pass under the grill to 200 ° C for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese not begin to melt.
