– 1 chicken breast of 400 g
– 2 spoons of olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic
– salt and black pepper
– 50 g of salad kind
– 50 g of lettuce
– 150 g of tomatoes
– 50 g of Asiago cheese


Preparation

– Reduce the chicken into cubes about an inch.
– In a small pan, add oil and the garlic. Brown it, then remove it and add the chicken. Cook it over high heat for 5 minutes, adding a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of pepper.
– Put the cooked chicken in a bowl, season with a little olive oil and mix. Let it cool well covered.
– Clean the salad, dice the leaves, wash them and dry them with the appropriate spin salad or dab with a towel.
– Place the salad in a bowl with the tomatoes cut into pieces and season with the remaining olive oil and a pinch of salt.
– Reduce the cheese into cubes.
– Arrange the salad on a plate, tomatoes, cheese and chicken. Serve.
