Cookies with chocolate drops italian dessert recipeIngredients

– 200 g flour 00
– 100 g of butter
– 80 g of sugar
– 1 egg
– Peel of ½ lemon
– Half spoon of baking powder
– Chocolate drops

 

 

Preparation

– Put the flour on the table with a hole in the center to form a volcano.
– Inside put all the ingredients: butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and grated lemon peel.
– Mix the ingredients until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.
– Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
– After an hour, turn the oven at 180 degrees, take the dough and add the chocolate drops.
– Roll out the dough and with biscuit cutters, have fun!
– Bake for about 12 minutes.
