Details:
– 500 g puff pastry
– butter and flour for the baking pans
– rice for cooking the pastry bases
– Nutella chocolate
Preparation
– Place on a cutting board a sheet of baking paper for working the dough. Roll it out with a thickness of 4-5 mm.
– Grease and flour the heart-shaped cookie cutter and cover with the dough, cutting the surplus and pierce the dough in the bottom.
– Cut a sheet of baking paper for each cookie cutter, wash it, wring out, dry it and lay it inside. Then fill them with rice.
– Bake in oven preheated at 180 ° C for 10 minutes, then remove the rice and the paper and bake again to 160 ° C for 10 minutes. Continue to cook few minutes if they are too pale.
– Cool them and fill with Nutella chocolate.
– Decorate with the tines of a fork and place the hearts in a cool and dry place.
