Details:
– 500 g of puff pastry for biscuits
– 200 g Nutella
– Icing sugar
Preparation
– Prepare the pastry according to the basic recipe.
– After that roll out the pastry on a cutting board between two sheets of baking paper. The thickness should be about half a centimeter.
– Take out a sheet of baking paper and cut the biscuits in a round shape. With a smaller round cutter make a hole in the center of the cookies. Knead the other pastry again for obtaining other pairs of biscuits (must always be one entire and one perforated, so you can pair up later).
– Arrange the biscuits on a baking pan covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.
– When cooked remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
– Spread the Nutella on the biscuits without the hole, then cover them with the perforated biscuits.
– When all the biscuits are prepared sprinkle with icing sugar.
