In this beautiful place we find the Farmhouse Monte Giove, an elegant complex that offers accommodation in three separate outbuildings of an ancient aristocratic villa, in an estate of 10 hectares with olive trees. Located on the right bank of the river Isonzo, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the historic places of the great war: the town of Gradisca d’Isonzo, the fortress town founded by the Venetians in 1492, and finally the Roman Aquileia Grado. The Farmhouse Ai Feudi is a place where you can rediscover the ancient traditions and taste the typical dishes of Friuli.
The farm breeds cows, pigs, chickens, geese and rabbits for the production of salami, sausages, eggs and vegetables. They also make delicious red wines such as Cabernet and Merlot, white wines such as Friulano, Malvasia and Verduzzo, and the sparkling Chardonnay. The restaurant serves local and home-cooked food, and at the weekend grilled meat directly from the farm.
