– 120 g of dark chocolate
– 80 g of butter
– 80 g of wheat flour type 00
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 200 g of sugar
– 50 g of roasted hazelnuts
– 2 eggs

Preparation
– Chop the chocolate coarsely, cut the butter into small pieces and melt over very low heat.
– Meanwhile, in a bowl sift the flour and mix the yeast, sugar and the vanilla extract.
– Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
– When the chocolate has melted, wait until it has cooled down, then add the eggs.
– Then add the powders with a whisk being very careful not to form lumps.
– Add the chopped hazelnuts, stirring with a wooden spoon.
– Use a square baking tray about 20 cm to the side and cover it with baking paper.
– Pour the mixture well and smooth it with a spatula.
– Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 35 minutes.
– Once the cake has warmed cut it into square pieces of about 5 cm per side. Here are our brownies!
