Ingredients
For the dough:
– 300g. flour 00
– 200g Corn flour foil
– 250 ml. water,
– A pinch of salt
For the sauce:
– 250 g. bean
– 250 g. d tomato sauce
– 1 small onion


– 2 stalks of celery
– 1 carrot
– Extra virgin olive oil
– 2 slices of bacon, or schooner
– Salt and pepper

 Preparation
– Knead the dough and roll out the sheets with a thickness of about 3 mm
– Cut into squares irregular
– For the sauce Soak the beans for about 4/6 hours
– When they are ready make a fried onion and add carrot and celery into squares
– Fry a bit and then add the beans, tomato sauce and diced bacon or schooner
– When the sauce is ready, cook the pasta for about 7 minutes
– Season with the sauce and finish with olive oil freshly ground pepper and rosemary sprigs.
