INGREDIENTS
-100 gr of green beans
-100 gr of cherry tomatoes
-2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil
-salt and oregano
-2 garlic cloves
-50 gr of mozzarella
-50 gr of ham (a slice of in cubes)
-160 gr of pasta
PREPARATION
-Clean the green beans by cutting the edges and removing the filaments. Wash them. Cook them for 20 minutes in a steamer, or boil them for 15 minutes in salted water. Then cut them into small pieces of 2-3 cm and put them into a wide bowl.
-Wash the cherry tomeatoes and slice them (about half cm). Put them into the same bowl and season with oil, a pinch of salt, the peeled and sliced garlic and a handful of oregano.
-Drain the mozzarella, slice it and mix with the other ingredients.
-Cut the ham into cubes and add it into the bowl.
-Boil the past in salted water, drain it and lay it onto a very wide plate. Season it with oil, mix it and wait unitl it’s cold. Then put it into a bowl.
-Add the seasoning and mix.
-Leave in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. It is excellent also the day after.
