Details:
-500 gr of cherries
-50 gr of sugar
-100 ml of water
-500 gr of creamy white yoghurt
Preparation
-Wash the cherries, remove the kernel and cut them into 2 halves.
-Put the sugar with water into a non-sticking pot. Put it onto the flame and boil with the lid for 10 minutes at medium flame.
-Add the cherries, mix thoroughly and cook for 20 minutes on a medium flame, mixing every now and then.
-5 minutes from the end of the cooking, increase the flame a bit.
-Put the cherries into a bowl and wait until they cool down.
-Put the yoghurt into the cups, add the syrup cherries and put into the fridge for half an hour before serving.
