Details:
-4 ripe peaches
-100 gr of wood strawberries
-100 gr of blueberries
-100 gr of currant
-2 spoons of sugar
-1 spoon of sugar in grains
Preparation
-Wash the peaches, cut the into half and again, and detach the pulp from the pit
-Cut the pulp into small but not too thin slices.
-Wash the berries and clean them, removing the leaves and twigs.
-Put the peaches and berries into an oven tray and sprinkle with sugar.
-Put it into the oven under the very hot grill in order for sugar to melt and slightly candy.
-Take out of the oven and wait until it cools down at room-temperature.
-Some moments before serving, decorate with sugar in grains.
