Preparation
– Take the hardened bread and dip it in plenty of water, when it will be softened remove the water and make it into small pieces in a salad bowl.
– Add the bread sliced tomatoes, carrots made into cubes, cucumbers made into rings, celery made in cubes.
– Add salt and oil and stir: the panzanella is ready.
– The panzanella is a cold dish and can also be placed in the refrigerator to serve pretty cool.
