-300 gr of cherry tomatoes
-4 black olives
-salt
-4-5 basil leaves
-2 spoons of extra-virgin olive oil
-2 garlic cloves
-6 slices of pork loin (300 gr)
-pepper
Preparation

-Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into small slices
-Pit the olives and cut them in four parts in the sense of the length
-Put the cherry tomatoes and the olives into a strainer, season with a pinch of thin salt, the leaves of chopped basil and wait that they lose some serum
-Put the oil in a frying pan and brown the skinned cloves of garlic
-Add the pork loin slices and brown them on both sides, then cook them for 5 minutes
-Add a pinch of salt, sprinkle with pepper, add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes more, then serve with the cooking oil.
