– 400 grams of cheese Montasio
– 150 grams of potatoes
– 1 onion
– 150 gr of bacon
– pepper
– salt


 

Preparation:
– Put in a pan the diced bacon and onion, thinly sliced​​.
– Peel the potatoes, cut into slices (or grate coarsely) and add to the pan with the other ingredients, with the pepper, salt and a spoonful of hot water.
– Cover it and cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes.
– Then add the sliced ​​cheese.
– Pass the mixture into a pan and fry well.
– Serve hot.
