Regional food specialty: Cantucci - TuscanyIngredients:
– 400 gr of flour
–  250 gr of sugar
– 200 almond
– 3 eggs
– 1 packet of baking powder
– 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
– Place the almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 3-4 minutes at 190 degrees.
– In a bowl place the eggs, a pinch of salt and sugar.
– Work the mixture.
– Add the butter.
–  Add the flour, the baking powder,  the almonds and mix all ingredients together.
– Create two loaves about and place on a baking .
– Cook for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 190°.
– Cut into pieces (like biscuits) and put again into the oven at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
