“Eat as you write” is an exhibition dedicated to gastronomy and literature, which will take place in Parma at Restaurant 12 Monks, located in Via Roma. The event will consist of several evenings, that will involve food critics and writers about very different issues, ranging from wine to exotic travel.

During each evening there will be a dinner with some typical dishes of Parma, and those who want can book and participate at a cost of 35 Euros. The first event, which will take place on February 8th, will be devoted to a very curious “challenge” between an encyclopedia dedicated to wine and one dedicated to rock music.
