Ingredients:
– Radicchio cicory
– 60 g of Taleggio cheese
– 160 g of rice
– 1l of vegetable stock
– 1 onion
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– salt and pepper

Preparation:
– Wash and cut the radicchio and the cheese.
– Heat the vegetable stock.
– Peel the onion and chop finely.
– Add the stock and cook the rice.
– Add the radicchio cicory, the cheese and mix all.
– Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
– Cook for about 20 minutes.
