Ingredients:

– 3 eggs
– 150 g white flour
– 150 g potato starch
– 1 baking powder
– 150 g sugar
– 100 ml
– 2 yogurt pots

 


Preparation:
– Sift together the flour, the potato starch, baking powder and mix.
– Put in a bowl the sugar, add the eggs and work with the electric whisk until the mixture is frothy.
– Add the oil and the yogurt.
– Add the mixture of flour, starch and baking powder and mix with a spoon.
– Put into a cake pan in preheated oven at 170°C for 45 minutes.
