Just a few kilometers from Treviso and Venice, B&B Sile e Natura rises in Casale sul Sile, in an ideal position for excursions on foot, but also for bike rides, canoeing and horse riding. A perfect place for sport and nature lovers, but also for those who, more simply, want to enjoy a moment of peace in greenery: the B&B gives guests the opportunity to fully enjoy the beauty of the Sile river and of the Park it is immersed into. Mrs Sandra, who has been managing the renovated facility for almost one year with her son Alberto, takes us at the discovery of the Bed and Breakfast and of the different opportunities to explore the wonderful land where it is located.

What characterizes your B&B?
Our guests can enjoy lots of opportunities: we have an agreement with different sports centers nearby, and our customers can try bike excursions, take trips on the river, chill out in our wide garden, and visit the riding centers and the golf club. Not far from here houseboats can be hired to sail along the River. From Casale instead, just one km from here, we take guests on “burchielli”, typical boats that arrive in Venice and the lagoon islands, for a beautiful one-day trip.

Which products can be tasted for breakfast?
Breakfast is served on the mezzanine, where an evocative view on the green park can be enjoyed, and we offer homemade products such as cakes and jam, but also tastings of different products; on request we also offer gluten-free food.

What do you love the most of your job?
I like to make sure that everything is neat, that the place is welcoming, while my son Alberto, the owner, deals also with gardening. I love it when our guests feel at home, and I have a workshop where I create small jewels; besides, I am interested in natural cosmetics and sometimes I set up little exhibitions, and guests can see my production if they want to.

Do you have any proposals for this summer?
We are constantly trying to offer different proposals: for instance we give a small gift to guests who stay here more than two nights, and customers who stay here for at least one week get one night for free, and we usually make discounts at weekends at the end of the month. Moreover, we organize chamber music concerts, in collaboration with the conservatoire of Castlfranco in our large hall.

How do you enjoy spending your holidays?
I really love the sea, but also cycling. Here there are lots of bycicle paths for sportsmen, and it is possible to reach even Jesolo or Portegrandi by bike, and then spend one day at the seaside.
