Physical and psychological well-being need to travel in parallel, for this reason today Agriturismi.it suggests a very interesting series of meetings, which will take place at the Farmhouse Tra Cielo e Terra, a facility that is located in the charming town of Todi, in the province of Perugia.

The activities I am speaking of are made of an experiential workshop, whose goal is a holistic approach to the well-being of the visitor through yoga courses, naturopathy meetings, and counseling sessions. The next event is scheduled for July 1st with “Metti in gioco la stima”, a workshop focused on the artistic potential of the body, through moments of theater art-therapy and counseling.
