Today it is Mrs. Arianna, the owner of Agrihotel Ristorante Centopini, who let us into the wonders of her facility and her land. The farm house, the ideal crossroads between the calm and the greenery of Emilia Romagna’s mainland and the waters of the Adrtatic Sea, is perfect for discovering the authenticity of farmers’ products.

When did you start your business?
My family started the business in 1965. The facility originated as a farm house-hotel, and over time it has been gradually widened by my parents.

Why did you decide to open a farm house?
What has motivated us from the start is the love for our territory, and the will to get other people to know its beauty.

Which typical products is it possible to taste at your farm house?
Food is an aspect we particularly take care of. We offer typical products of Emilia Romagna, and dishes which are not too elaborated, but authentic and expressing fully the peasant culture of this land.

Our facility offers a lot of services, such as the all-purpose sport field and the swimming-pool, but what we have noticed in the latest years is that our clients do not want to stick to preconcerted activities and times, but they prefer to spend their time freely. And this is the ideal place to combine an afternoon at the swimming pool or at the seaside with the beauties of the nature reserva that surrounds our farm house.

Which peculiarity characterizes your farm house?
Let us not forget that the place where our facility lies, Gemmano, is known as the “balcony of the Adriatic”, because, even if it is located on the mainland, it overlooks the sea, which is only 15 kilometers from it. This allows our guests to spend a pleasant day at the seaside, to then go back to the complete relax of the countryside.

Which is your best memory linked to the guests that stayed at your farm house?
I love it when our customers send me an email or a postcard and thank me. Our goal, in fact, is to make our guests feel at home, and I want ours to be a social and familiar place. What characterizes us is the care for details, and we do our best for our customers to feel at home.

What is your greatest satisfaction linked to your business?
It certainly lies in the fact that some clients have chosen our farm house again and again, and this means that our guest is growing fond of us and is satisfied.
