Details:
– 250 g chicken breast
– 1 egg
– 1 spoon of milk
– pepper
– 100 g of breadcrumbs
– 20 g of Parmesan cheese
– 2 spoons extra virgin olive oil
– salt
Preparation
– Cut the chicken into pieces, removing any ribs or fat.
– In a bowl break the egg, add a spoon of milk, a sprinkling of pepper and mix with a fork.
– In another dish pour the breadcrumbs and mix it with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
– Take the pieces of chicken, dip them in egg, then in breadcrumbs and put them in a dish.
– Arrange the chicken pieces in a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining oil and a pinch of salt.
– Bake at 180 ° for 15 minutes, turning them at half cooking.
– After the indicated time taste and check the cooking.
– Remove from oven and serve immediately.
