Details:
– 4 cups of dark chocolate
– 2 egg custard cream
– 4 strawberries
Preparation
– Prepare the chocolate cups preferably the night before and keep them in the refrigerator until you use them. Do not touch them with your hands, but always keep a clean paper cups in contact with the chocolate, otherwise it melts.
– Prepare custard cream according to the basic recipe and make it very cool, otherwise the cups will melt on contact with the cream.
– To fill the cups put the cream into a pastry bag and divide the mixture into equal parts.
– Rinse the strawberries, dry them with paper towels and put one strawberry in each cup.
– Let for one hour in refrigerator before serving.
