Details:
– 150 gr dark chocolate
– 150 gr butter
– 150 gr caster sugar
– 6 eggs
– 2 spoons of baking powder
– 150 gr of flour and 1 pinch salt
– 4 spoons apricot jam
– Chocolate Glaze
Preparation
– Melt the chocolate in a boiler with a spoon of water. Put the butter in a bowl and mount it until it is a cream, adding sugar and a pinch of salt.
– Add the melted chocolate and then the egg yolks, one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Add the egg whites whipped up, the flour and mix delicately.
– Pour the mixture into a round mold of 24 cm covered with buttered baking paper. Put the cake for about 1 hour in an oven preheated to 160°.
– Turn out the cake, let cool, cut in half, fill with jam and put the two parts together. Finally, cover completely with chocolate glaze.
