escalopes with speck ham and gorgonzola cheeseIngredients:
-50 g of gorgonzola cheese
– 6 slices of speck ham, smoked ham typical of Tyrol -50 g approx
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– 6 slices of pork loin -300 g approx
– pepper

 

 

Preparation:
– Cut the gorgonzola cheese into small pieces.
– Remove excess fat from the speck ham.
– In a large frying pan put oil and heat it well. Combine the sliced meat and let him take color and cook 2-3 minutes per side rather lively flame.
– Put a slice of speck ham on each escalope, some cubes of gorgonzola cheese, put the lid and cook for another minute.
– Sprinkle with grated pepper and serve.
