Here is the recipe for a delicious dessert to enjoy at the Farmhouse Masseria Cristo in Apulia.

Ingredients for the basis:
– 300 g of crushed dried biscuits
– 250 g of butter at room temperature

Ingredients for the mixture:
– 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
– 200 g of cow’s milk ricotta (soft cheese)
– 200 g of whipped cream
– Berry jam (to cover)

Preparation:
– Create the mixture of crushed biscuits and butter at room temperature in a circular pan with a not very high edge.
– Put it into the freezer for 10 minutes.
– Whip the cream, add the cheese and 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
– Mix and stuff all over the base previously removed from the freezer.
– Leave the mixture in the fridge, then complete with the filling of jam with berries.
– Serve cold!
