Details:
In Lavagna (near Genoa), the Taste Academy, Center for Education and Food and Wine Culture, opens its doors to the public and offers a full day devoted to laboratories, workshops and free tastings.
Sunday, December 4th, from 10 to 19, you can visit the site and attend some workshops and demonstrations of what will be the proposed activities. For example, there will be cooking classes, tastings of wine and olive oil, the discovery of some regional products and their areas of origin, ludo-educational workshops for education to nutrition for children and teens, training for professionals.
On 4th and 5th December, the Farm-house Artemisia in Montoggio (Genoa) will be at the opening of the Academy. In particular, on Sunday Showroom of Taste, the Open Day we will be tasting of our products. The participation is free. Daniela and Emanuela are waiting for you with rose syrup, jams, chutneys and herbs.
