From October 28th to November 1st, one of the most beautiful places in Umbria, Gubbio (PG), will host the annual edition of the National Trade Show of White Truffle.
This year the trade show will be dedicated especially to the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy.
Besides the exposition of delicious food and agricultural products, for the occasion will be prepared an exposition of local art crafts (pottery, bucchero ware, wrought iron, embroidery, wood, leather).
The event is organized by the Mountain Community High Umbria in collaboration with the town of Gubbio, and represents a wonderful opportunity to discover and taste the local food: cheese , mushrooms, meat, honey and olive oil, pastries, wines, liquors. Truffle remains the undisputed star, high-quality food that is shown here in its white variety.
