Ingredients
250 g puff pastry
100 g of ham
20 g Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry with a uniform thickness of a few millimeters.
Sprinkle the surface of the pastry with ham taking out the fat part.
Add the coarsely grated Parmesan cheese, then roll up.
Cut the roll into slices, a couple of inches wide.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and place the puff pastry, well separated from each other. Flatten slightly with a wide palette knife

Keep the pastry in the refrigerator until ready to bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
