Ingredients for 4 people:

250 grams strawberries
75 grams icing sugar
250 grams ricotta cheese
1.5 millilitre cream

Preparation:

Wash the strawberries, take off the petiole and blend 150 grams of them with 25 grams of icing sugar. Cut the remaining strawberries into small pieces (except  4 as decoration). Mix the ricotta with the remaining icing sugar.
Whip with electric mixer the cold cream and add it to the ricotta with delicate movements from the bottom to the surface.
With a pastry bag or a spoon putthe cream into 4 glasses, alternating with layers of cut or blended strawberries.
Garnish with whole strawberries kept aside and serve.
