Ingredients

300 gr. of minced veal, 200 gr. stale bread, 80 gr. mortadella, a glass of milk, 1 egg + 1 yolk, bread crumbs, 100 gr. Grana Padano cheese, parsley, nutmeg, pepper

Preparation

Soak stale bread in milk, add nutmeg, salt, pepper and mix carefully by obtaining a uniform mixture.
In a bowl, place chopped meat and mortadella, parsley, softened bread, Grana Padano cheese, beaten eggs and mix gently.

Make walnut-size balls of the mixture, cover with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve.
