DAY 1: FRIDAY, 17th September
9:30 a.m. – Meet at Agriturismo “Valle dei Calanchi”
Check-in to rooms
Welcome drink and presentation of guides and program
11:30 a.m. – Depart on foot for the “Valle del Laghi” with stop at the “fonte del Bistecchio” natural spring carved by the Etruscans.
Picnic lunch en-route
15:30 p.m. – Return to Agritursimo. Free time to enjoy the pool and relax. You might want to visit the nearby hilltown of Orvieto.
7:30 p.m.- Meet with guides for description of walk the next day.
8:00p.m. – Dinner served in Agriturismo (appetizer, first dish, second dish, vegetable, dessert, wine, water and coffee)

DAY 2: SATURDAY 18th September 2010
7:30 a.m. – Breakfast served
8:30 a.m. – Departure on foot for the Valley of Civita
12:00 – arrival in Civita. Free time for photographs.
12:30 p.m. – Lunch at a local “Bruschetteria” including locally grown products along with local cheese, water and wine included. Bruschetta is a dish loved by all. Served in the traditional method: Bread toasted over the wood burning fire topped with home-grown delicacies like: olive paste, eggplants, mushrooms, truffles, olive oil and garlic,  or a favorite with tomates and basil.
3:30 p.m. – Return by bus in Agriturismo with free time to enjoy views and pool. Again, you might want to visit the nearby town of Orvieto.
7:30 p.m. – Meet with guides for description of trek the following day.
8:00 p.m. – Dinner served in Agriturismo

DAY 3: SUNDAY 19th  September 2010
7:30 – Breakfast served
8:30 – Depart by bus for trail head. Hike through the “Valley of the Calanchi”  along the trail of the Bascilica of Sant’Antonio, protector of the valley.
11:00 – Estimated time of arrival at destination. Free time for photos.
12:00 – Pic-nic lunch where all participants must collaborate: enjoy the food, drink a lot and no worries for the return as we will offer a Jeep Service for the return to the agriturismo.
16:00 – Estimated time of arrival at Agriturismo e departure for home.

Included in Program:
Welcome drink, 2 nights in agriturismo in room with bath, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners in Agriturimo, one lunch in Bruschetteria, one packed lunch and one pic-nic lunch, water and wine and use of pool.
Not included:
Transportation to and from Agriturismo (Upon request a transfer to and from Train Station of Orvieto a Agriturismo is available for Euro 10.00)
Required:
Sturdy walking shoes or boots. A sense of adventure and the desire to enjoy.
