INGREDIENTS:
A tray of smoked salmon (250/300 g)
dill q.b.
100/150 grams sour cream
6 slices of bread or sandwich bread
PREPARATION:
The recipe is very easy to implement, just have good raw materials and a little patience in order to best present this dish.
It can be a starter for six people or a single dish for 2. Many variations are possible then this is just a starting point that we hope will stimulate your creativity in the kitchen!
Cut thin slices of bread to make them crispy and create contrast with the sour cream. Warm the bread or slices of sandwich bread and sprinkle with plenty of sour cream. If there is no suggestion here is ready to make a ‘creme fraiche’ homemade. Mix 50ml fresh cream with 50 grams of plain yogurt or greek, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of salt.
Once amalgamated all let stand in refrigerator for an hour. Spread the cream over the bread place the salmon and dill in abundance.
