Running time: 50 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
4 people

2 yellow peppers
2 red peppers
200 grams of ham or bacon

150 grams of ricotta

salt pepper and parsley

PREPARATION:
Wash the peppers and place them in a baking dish in oven at 200 ° with a little water.
Cook on all sides turning frequently so that the skin of the peppers begin to fall off.
Once cooled carefully remove the skin and form little stripes with which to make the rolls.
Meanwhile, take the ham or bacon and whip to a cream that comes out grainy. Stir in the ricotta and add salt and pepper.
Take the little stripes of pepper and fill with the stuffing of ham.
Roll them up so they are real rolls.
Serve alternating yellow and red, a little bit of parsley and bon appetit!
