Running time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
4 people

130 gr. chocolate
3 eggs;
25 cl whipping cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar

PREPARATION:

To start, take the eggs and divide the egg yolks from the whites carefully.
Whip the egg whites tuorgli so they are very firm. Working with the albu sugar so you do not have lumps.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

I recommend carefully because if temperature is too high risk of burning the chocolate or to corrupt the taste.
Whip the cream with an electric mixer to mix being careful always in the same direction.
Stir in chocolate icing sugar, processed egg yolks with sugar and egg whites, stirring with a whisk top to bottom taking care not dismantle them.
Combine the whipped cream or serve as decoration on the cups.
Allow to rest in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
