Domodossola is a lively town located in the heart of Ossola. Situated in the valley of the river Toce, at the foot of the historic hill of Mattarella and Vagna hills, its historic center still remains the medieval flavor.

About Domodossola:
According to tradition in 917 Berengar I , have granted to Domodossola the weekly market, held today through Saturday, attracting many tourists and local inhabitants. During the period of the Lords, Domodossola was the first submitted to the Visconti and Sforza then.
