Ingredients:
500 g wheat flour
100g margarine
20g sugar
1 small glass of grappa unflavoured
2 eggs
grated rind of 1 / 2 lemon
salt
oil for frying
icing sugar
Preparation:
Put the flour on a pastry board and knead all the ingredients in the center, less icing sugar and oil. Leave the mpasto for 1 hour and then pull it thin with a rolling pin and made of diamond-shaped rather irregular.
Then fry in hot oil for a couple of minutes and let them drain on a paper towel before dusting with icing sugar.
Accompany gròstoi with white wine, preferably a good Moscato, to be served at a temperature of 6-7 C °.
