Ingredients:
300g fresh ricotta (cheese)
150 gr butter
300 gr flour
salt
1 packet of yeast
jam to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl, the butter tainted ammalgamare and ricotta. On pastry arrange the flour, salt and yeast and knead quickly until it forms a ball. Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes. With rolling pin roll out the dough until it reaches a thickness of 1 / 2 cm and cut into squares of 10 cm per side.
Everyone put in 1 tablespoon of jam and a triangular fold, sealing edges well.
