The Gaspard family is passionately committed to creating delightful specialties: wood-fired bread, fresh and aged cheeses, yogurt, butter, homemade cured meats and cold cuts, cakes, jams, and many other treats to enjoy at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Mamma Manuela’s cooking is simple yet rich in tradition, taking you on a journey through the ancient flavors of the Aosta Valley with dishes prepared with love and a focus on quality.

The dining room, rustic and welcoming, is the perfect place to end your day with a traditional Valdostan dinner. After a glass of Génépy, you can relax and chat while the stone fireplace fills the room with a warm and cozy glow.
