Description Le Magnolie

Le Magnolie farmhouse extends on 27 hectares. It is situated on the top of a hill at about 300 meters above sea level and at about 25 km both from the sea and the mountain.
The kind of climate allows the growing of vegetables,cereals,saffron and mainly olives.
Our main production is organic extra virgin olive oil which is also certified by the DOP Aprutino Pescarese label.
We also rear small farmyard animals and bees.
Since many years our farm has led organic farming, certified and controlled by an institute recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture. All our agricultural products are used in the kitchen to prepare delicious food.
The Farm is composed: Casa main building: here where are the tv room, the porch, and the dining room.
Apartments: Nonna, Sole, Luna, Neole. Rooms: Quercia, Olivo
Ricovero:It is made up with two apartments: Rosina and Stella.
Chiesa: It is made up with three apartments: Girasole, Pero and Podere
Wooden House: Apartment Mimosa
In the main building, you can find the dining room, the converted cowshed characterised by the vaulted ceiling. Here guests can book their dinner.
You will enjoy our regional and traditional food, with different flavours depending on the seasonal products picked up on our vegetable garden or coming from other local farms.
The best places to relax at Le Magnolie are the porch with the view on the Maiella Mountain and the lawn both on the front and on the back of the farmhouse. For those who like games a table tennis and a biliardino (calcio balilla) are available in the porch area. It is also possible to borrow mountain bikes.
From the farmhouse it is possible to have a complete view all the way around. Le Magnolie is situated on a hill, at 300 meters on the level of the sea, and from it you can enjoy both the Gran Sasso and the Maiella mountains.
Swimming pool: Size: 18 m x 8 m - Depth: 2,5 m. It also has a hydro massage pool.
