Villa delle Rondini is an excellent opportunity for who would like to spend some time in total relax. It is surrounded by 3000 square meters of green park which swarms with age-old olive trees.
The structure has been split into apartments with indipendent, separate entrances, obtained by an original cottage in stone and brick, skilfully renovated, which manages to marry traditional materials and the comfort of a mode residence.

The apartments, furnished with simple and functional interiors favouring materials such as wood and beaten wrought iron, are equipped with a full kitchen including fridge, 4 stoves, sink and all the necessary tableware, autonomous heating system, bathroom with shower, tv and - in two of them - a fireplace. They can accommodate 4 to 5 people.

Services Farm-house

The wide external lawn is equipped with small beds, children's toys and a barbecue with gazebo.
There's a 6x12 mt swimming pool as a free service for our customers.
Inside the park there is a wide parking lot.
